City with a soul : Montreal !

Miami'den sonra Montreal fikri ilk baslarda enteresan gelse de, Montreal'e geldikten sonra butun dusuncelerim degisti. Her ne kadar Amerikan mi Ingiliz mi Fransiz mi diye kestiremesekte  Montreal dunyada hala ruhu olan sehirler arasindaydi benim icin.  Ve ben ruhu olan sehirleri kesfetmederken aldigim zevki ne yazarak ne de fotograflayarak anltabilirim. Yine de gecirdigim bu 3 guzel gunu yaz tam kapimiza dayanip soguklari unutmadan, fotograflarla sizlere ozetlemek isterim. Umarim zevk alirsiniz sizler de !


Even though at the beginning it was strange to think about going to Montreal after Miami, I totally changed my mind after I arrived Monteral. Although you can not feel where exactly you are;  in US, England or France , for me Montreal was one of the city have soul in this world. And I can not give the feeling towards you neither by photographing or writing while I'm discovering the cities with soul but still before summer comes up and forgetting cold weathers, I wanted to summarize those 3 wonderful days to you. Hope you all enjoy !

Old Montreal

Duvarlar, duvarlar, duvarlar ! Fotograflara baktigimda farkettim okadar cok duvar ve bina fotografi cekmisim ki ! Ama bakin ve gorun bu her bir sanat eserini fotograflamadan gecmek mumkun mu ?

Walls, walls, walls ! While I was looking at photos, I realized all photos I took were consist of wall paintings and the buildings. But tell me is it possible seeing this beauties and passing by not photographing?

Benim gibi hamur canavariysaniz ve bagel a  tapiyorsaniz, Montreal'in en meshur bagel cafesi Fairmount'a ugramadan gitmeyeceksiniz ozellikle bogurtlenli olanindan almadan cikmayin !

If you are bagel maniac like me, don't say I'm eating bagel before taste this famous bagel cafe called Fairmount !

Buvette Chez Simone da ise hayatimizda gordugumuz, tattigimiz en lezzetli tavugu yedik !

In Buvette Chez Simone we had chance to taste the most delicious chicken that we ever had !

Habitat 67 ( oraya varis hikayemiz ise ayri bir hikaye; kisacasi biz butun Montreal'i yuruduk )

Ruzgara karsi 30 km Kanal boyunca pedal cevirerek hayatimin en uzun ve en eglenceli bisiklet macerasini asla ve asla unutmayacagim ! 

I'll never forget the longest and funniest bicycle adventure; 30 km against wind !

 

Bir diger unutmayacagim sey ise beni icerisiyle ayri ve disarisindaki Einstein ve Simone de Beauvoir duvar resimleriyle apayri etkileyen bu kitapcidir.

Another thing I' ll never forget is this book store. It impressed me both inside and outside with paintings of the Enstein and Simone de Beauvoir.

 

Le Cartet' te Mimosa esligindeki kahvalti muhtesem otesiydi ! Menuyu ve restoran icerigine bakmak isterseniz iste size LINK !

Sonunda beklenen misafir geldi, sinavlarim bitti ve 1 haftalik mukemmel bir tatile hazirim. Bu arada sizleri de unutmadim ve hemen yeni bir outfit postu hazirlayayim istedim. Uzuuun kararsizliklardan sonra cok enteresan bir tatil plani yaptik ; Miami ve Montreal i birbirine karistirip hem usuyelim hemde yuzelim guneslenelim istedik. Umarim hasta olmadan sagligimizi kaybetmeden doneriz. Tabi her tatil kucuk sakarliklar ve talihisizlikler yakami birakmadigi icin bu tatil oncesinde de fotograflarda gorecegniz uzere parmagimi bi guzel kestim. Neyse ki bikac gunum daha var iyilesir heralde. Hepnize harika bir haftasonu diliyorum !

Finally my expected and missed guest arrived, all exams finished and I m ready for amazing one week vacation. By the way I didn't forget you all and I made new outfit post. Anyway after long indecisions we made really strange holiday route; mixing Miami and Montreal together, we decided to swim, sunbath and also cold . I hope we will able to come back healthful. Of course as a tradition for every holiday unluckinesses is not leaving me alone and I cut my finger deeply. Hopefully I have couple days to go and I think everything will be fine till that time.
