Bonjour Monsieur Matisse !

Nice ' i bir de Henri Matisse'in gozunden gormek ister misiniz ? Ahh keske en azindan "Nature Morte aux Grenades" i alip salonumun bas kosesine asabilseydim.

Do you want to see Nice from the eyes of Henri Matisse ? The name of the event is "Un Été Pour Matisse". In the streets and avenues where you wander around to see Matisse works displayed in museums, theatres and galeries located in eight different points of the city, you also complete a wonderful sightseeing without even realizing, if you are, like us, one of those who depend on their feet to travel... "Bonjour Monsieur Matisse" was just one of the exhibitions held in Museum of Modern Arts. I do not want to go into detail as the activity ended in September; the one that fascinated me most was the exhibition titled "Palm Trees, Palm Leaves and Palmette". All people around me are familiar with my love for palm trees; thus my pleasure was doubled because Matisse touched her magical fingers on it and it was held in Nice where palm trees are abundant. I wish I could take photos of all exhibitions but you know rules are above everything. Oh God, I wish I could take "Nature Morte aux Grenades" and place it on the seat of honor in my living room...

While we're traveling staying away from touristic shops ( let's say almost everything touristic ) is one of the best thing we do in general. Magnets ? They are just one of those objects that it's impossible to find in our home. But this book is one of the best souvenir that we had.  Already placed the best place, on the table in living room...

Monaco

The notion luxury is flexible. Although I have an expensive taste, I always prefer hidden luxury. Not flashing it around and not highlighting it... That's why, to be honest, Monaco is not a kind of city I can enjoy that much. Coordinate lines, purity, glimmer of each street is too phosphoric for me. But I still feel happy to visit this unique country. On the other hand, I blink to Eze where we couldn't have chance to visit on our way. I could culminate my joy there with my imaginary scenic home. What about you ?

St Sebastian

St Sebastian is a really beautiful city in Spain and I enjoy being there many times. This time with the little ones enjoyed both aquarium and city. As you can see from the pictures we had a lot of fun. Of course I didn't forget to take city pictures occasionally but if you want more detail about St Sebastian, I highly suggest the post I prepared last year.

It's kind of game between us ; "Je mange Luna" :)

Next posts will be from Nice and Monaco !

Bayonne

Paris'te yagmurlu bir pazartesine merhaba demek beni pek mutlu etmese de, hala elimde yazdan kalan fotograflara bakip kendimi avutuyorum ve yagmurun biran once durmasini diliyorum !

Although waking up in a rainy Paris day is not really  appealing, I console myself by looking over summer pictures and wishing to a sunny day !

Guess who is he and where ?

As I mentioned before here Chocolat Cezenave is making best hot chocolate ever.

Voila, end of our wonderful day !
